Estimated delivery times

• United States: 6–15 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom, Canada & Australia: 8–16 days from the date of shipment.
• Europe, Latin America & rest of world: 15–30 days depending on your location.

Processing & dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If your tracking number isn't working or you haven't received one, just contact us and we'll sort it out.

Delays

On occasion, orders may take longer than the estimated windows due to factors outside our control — such as customs clearance for international shipments or peak holiday periods. If your order is running late, get in touch and we'll do our best to help track it down and provide an update.
