30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return for a complete refund — no strings-attached.
Eligibility requirements
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Returns that arrive opened or used may qualify only for a partial refund to account for product integrity and hygiene standards.
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Returned items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier.
Non-refundable items & costs
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
- Once your package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Costs for expedited shipping, insurance upgrades, or special handling are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of whether it has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within a few business days, less any applicable non-refundable costs.
Change of mind returns
Ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind? No problem — returns for any reason are accepted within the 30-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in these cases.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us right away at helpsevara@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of both the item and its packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for damage that occurs after the package is in the carrier's possession.

To initiate a return, email us at helpsevara@outlook.com. Please do not send anything back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
Order Cancelations
Need to cancel? Orders that haven't yet been dispatched can be canceled and fully refunded with no issue. Once your order is on its way, we're unable to make changes or stop the shipment. If your order arrives and you no longer want it, a full refund for unused items is available within your 30-day return window.
